Jeff has extensive experience of leasehold property management and sales in both the public and private sectors. As Chairman of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), he is very active in promoting the benefits of professional leasehold management and has been heavily involved in developing the Institute’s membership examinations and developing and delivering a wide range of training courses on leasehold management across both the public and private sectors. Jeff is also a professional member of the Residential Property Tribunal Service (RPTS) and sits on leasehold valuation tribunals. Recent projects for HQN have included mock inspections at Threshold Key Homes and Griffin Group. |
