Kevin has worked in social housing in both the local government and housing association sectors for over 25 years, specialising in housing maintenance and stock investment issues. He has practical experience ranging from inner city areas of London, Birmingham and other major towns and cities at director and assistant director level including the London Borough of Croydon, Focus Housing Group and English Churches Housing Group, and experience as an affiliate inspector with the Audit Commission. Kevin is experienced in the delivery of the reactive repairs in a range of housing organisations and the formulation and delivery of extensive stock investment programmes, again in a range of housing environments. He has extensive experience and understanding of the need to engage with local communities in ensuring local stakeholder input into housing and regeneration developments. He has been a housing consultant for eight years, providing advice and support to many housing organisations, including a period as a consultant in Poland. |
