Laurie McCormack is an expert in tenant participation and a longstanding HQN Associate. She has vast practical experience accumulated during 15 years of working throughout the country on customer focus in housing. She has also been involved in developing good practice and guidance at a national level. Laurie has extensive experience, and a solid track record of supporting over 200 organisations wishing to build or improve influential customer involvement arrangements, improve services or prepare for inspections. She is currently involved in developing customer scrutiny in inspections and mystery shopping.
