Lesley Healey has until recently been an Assistant Director of Social Services at East Sussex County Council, where she has been the corporate lead officer for shared priorities for older people. She was previously a group manager at the City of York Council where she was the Accountable Officer for Supporting People, prior to which she was the Elderly and Disabled Persons Manager with responsibility for warden services and adaptations.
