Angela’s career in housing started nearly 25 years ago in Bristol where she studied for a BA in Housing. Since then she has worked for a number of housing associations in London and the West Country in housing management, development and marketing. For the past ten years Angela has been a consultant and has worked on a wide range of contracts for housing associations and local authorities, where she has developed her passion for striving for excellence in delivering services to the customer and empowering customers to influence change. With HQN, Angela has worked on a number of mock inspection contracts inspecting resident involvement and acting as a mystery shopper. She has also trained residents to be mystery shoppers and resident inspectors for their landlords, and has worked with residents and landlords to review resident involvement and develop strategies to deliver impact. Angela is an experienced facilitator, trainer and presenter.
