Lee was an inspector with the Audit Commission Housing Inspectorate (ACHI) for several years, during which time he gained in-depth knowledge and experience of a wide range of social housing services and an excellent understanding and appreciation of ACHI's working practices, including the KLOEs and VfM framework. He has also worked for the Housing Corporation, and therefore has experience not only of local authorities and ALMOs, but also of housing associations. Lee's main areas of expertise are responsive repairs, planned maintenance, investment works and asset management, but he is equally at home in any service area. Lee has over 25 years’ experience of working in social housing, many of those as a senior manager. He has a straightforward, easy manner that makes him an effective communicator at all levels. Lee is practised in delivering training, one-to-one and group coaching, seminar work and presenting. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a Master of Science degree. |
