| Helena Taylor-Knox | |
Helena has worked in the social housing and social care sectors for the last 18 years. She is a board member at GreenSquare Group and Westlea Housing Association, holding portfolios for employee satisfaction and equalities and diversity. Before becoming a freelance business psychologist and HQN associate, Helena was a senior manager in the housing association sector heading up a supported housing team. She is the specialist housing advisor to PACT, a charity focussed on promoting life chances for children; Helena is a member of the British Psychological Society, Association of Business Psychologists and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. Helena is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Helena has provided consultancy support through HQN in relation to organisational development and is a specialist in supported housing, providing a wide range of training in these areas. She is also part of HQN’s coaching team. |
