Helena has worked in the social housing and social care sectors for the last 15 years. She is a board member at Westlea Housing Association, holding a portfolio for employee satisfaction, equalities and diversity. Before becoming a freelance business psychologist and HQN associate, Helena was a senior manager in the housing association sector heading up a Supported Housing team. She is the specialist social housing advisor to PACT, a charity focussed on promoting life chances for children, and co-ordinator of training for a project for mental health service users and carers. Helena is a member of the British Psychological Society and sits on their regional committee. Helena has provided consultancy support through HQN in relation to change readiness and management, strategic planning to meet the requirements of the KLOEs for Supported Housing and diversity and reviewing floating support services. She is also part of the coaching team and provides training in this area |
