Phil is a highly experienced housing maintenance and improvement manager who has worked for 30 years in both the local government and housing association sectors. He has considerable expertise in strategic housing asset management planning, and the successful development and delivery of repairs and improvement policies and programmes Phil became an asset management consultant with HQN in August 2007, after leaving Mercian Housing Association where he was Director of Property. This followed other senior housing technical posts with Tamworth Borough, Derby City and Birmingham City Councils Since joining HQN, Phil has undertaken a number of mock inspections, and advised on improvement planning to increase star ratings. He has also worked with clients to help develop their repairs and maintenance strategies, including gas servicing policies and procedures |
