Damian Roche has 20 years experience in social housing, working in local authorities and ALMOs and served on the board of an RSL. He has extensive experience of resident involvement in two resident-led ALMOs. Damian was responsible for preparing Kensington & Chelsea TMO to undertake two Audit Commission inspections, including writing their key self-assessments and coordinating the inspections themselves. They achieved two then three stars with excellent prospects for improvement. He was subsequently Chief Executive at United Residents Housing, an ALMO in the London Borough of Lambeth. He has participated in numerous HQN mock inspections during his career before joining HQN full time. In 2005, Damian was seconded to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to assist in the government review on the future for ALMOs |
