As a housing consultant for the last 12 years, Clive has worked with a range of national and local public housing authorities and housing associations helping them bid for resources and improve effectiveness and efficiency. More recently, he has been supporting social housing providers in improving their performance management and preparing for housing inspection. Clive has worked in social housing since 1975, firstly for the HC and then for a number of inner city local authorities covering investment, maintenance and housing management. Before joining HQN, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has an MSc in public policy, is an accredited housing inspector and a PRINCE2 practitioner. |
