In late 2009, HQN head-hunted two eminent finance experts to lead the finance team. Executive Director Robin Tebbutt has a strong consultancy background at senior level and specialises in local authority and ALMO finance, business planning, finance strategy and financial management, and value for money. Former three-star ALMO and housing association finance director Steve Wood, now our Director (Finance Services), brings expertise in ALMO and housing association finance, value for money, and treasury management.
