Business planning through the BRIXX system

HQN is an accredited business partner of Brixx Solutions Ltd, which has developed cutting edge software to aid business planning. Our clients benefit from the combination of the dynamic BRIXX system and HQN's practical business planning knowledge. Our business planning expertise helps populate the software with data, make it work for the client, and integrate with clients' other systems. We provide training and guidance whilst staff find their feet with the processes.

We can offer business planning support for both local authorities using the Brixx LA/ALMO solution, and housing associations using the Brixx RSL solution.

There are three approaches that can be taken, dependent upon how much 'hands-on' support is needed:

• The turn-key approach: we build the whole system, enter the data and carry out the analysis and forecasting. We then hand it over - whilst providing guidance on the process and how to use the system in the future
• The partner approach: we provide 'hands-on' guidance on operating the system and carrying out modelling - until the point where the client is able to continue on their own
• The empowering approach: we act as a sounding board and 'critical friend' whilst the client independently works with the system.
