Our trainers

Paul Lloyd is a Director of Whiteheads Solicitors and has wide-ranging experience of social housing and civil litigation work. In addition to his expertise in housing management law, he also deals with tenancy management, leasehold management, income maximisation and public law issues.

David Higgins is a solicitor at Whiteheads and has significant experience of dealing with all types of anti-social behaviour and tenancy management work. Prior to becoming a lawyer, David enjoyed a career in housing, working as a housing manager for over 15 years. In addition to his ASB litigation practice, David also has expertise in policy, procedure and compliance work.
