Matrix teams
In today's uncertain climate, many organisations are turning to matrix/cross-functional teams in order to be faster and more flexible and to share resources across the organisation.
Matrix teams include work groups, cross-functional teams, task forces, problem-solving teams, committees, special project teams, etc. They are normally composed of a small number of people from different departments, functions, or organisations, who have banded together to solve a common problem or achieve a goal through collaboration.
This course breaks down the fundamental principles and processes needed to ensure success working in or leading matrix-managed teams.
