Matthew Wilson is a solicitor at Whiteheads and has significant experience of dealing with all types of landlord and tenant work. He advises landlords across the country and in addition has expertise in service charge recovery, disrepair and civil prosecutions.
Amanda Yelland is an experienced housing practitioner and law graduate with a range of expertise across the spectrum of housing provision. Her current focus is on training: she delivers courses and workshops on topics including arrears and service charge recovery, possession proceedings, homelessness, tenancy and housing management.
