Chris Root was the Equality and Diversity Manager at the Housing Corporation prior to becoming a consultant and trainer. She has worked in equality and diversity for over 25 years and has received three British Diversity Awards. Chris’s knowledge and understanding of the equality and diversity issues housing organisations face, and her ability to help people overcome them, is first class.
