Dylan Chipp, Associate

Dylan Chipp CPFA, is HQN’s most established VfM specialist, speaker and trainer. He also specialises in business planning, finance strategy, governance and preparation for inspection, and also leads HQN’s Housing Finance Excellence Network.

A former Finance Director of two housing groups in the south west, and with previous consultancy experience with KPMG, Dylan brings over a decade of experience in housing finance at senior level. He has supported numerous business planning clients covering traditional and LSVT, group and stand-alone, producing over 20 financial plans. He has also carried out nearly 100 VfM reviews and validations, including mock inspections and the DLOs of housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities.

He was a board member at Somer Community Housing Trust (including chair of Resources Committee) for three years.
