Events
HQN events give you direct access to the best practitioners in the field, as well as to the movers and shakers in legislation and policy.
Since the year 2000, over 20,000 delegates have attended our events – and our feedback forms consistently show a 90%-plus positive reaction. Events are fine-tuned and marketed in the shortest timeframe possible, ensuring that you have the most up to date facts and information on all the latest good practice and legislation.
On average, you can choose from over 70 events a year, with topics as diverse as:

We also encourage delegates to suggest topics for events, so that we can be sure we’re covering the issues that are important to you.
Events feature speakers from leading organisations in the housing sector and elsewhere, including representatives from agencies including the HCA, the TSA, the Audit Commission, CLG and the Scottish Housing Regulator, as well as HQN’s own expert consultants.

Terms and conditions
Bookings: Bookings are subject to HQN Limited’s conditions dated 23 February 2005, a copy of which can be obtained from our offices, free of charge.
Cancellations and substitutions: A full refund will be given if a cancellation is made 28 calendar days or more prior to the event, and a 50% refund if a cancellation is made 15-27 calendar days prior to the event. We regret that no refund can be given if a cancellation is made 14 calendar days or less before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing, and will be acknowledged by HQN Limited. There is no refund for non-attendance, but delegates may be substituted at any time.
