As an associate of the Rent Income Excellence Network, John has carried out income management health-checks for a wide range of organisations and has facilitated rent arrears best practice groups.
Anya Ahmed - has extensive housing practitioner experience in both local authorities and housing associations. She has also worked in higher education for the last 10 years, teaching and researching housing issues.
