• Facilitating and supporting elected members and Local Strategic Partnerships to develop their understanding of the housing contribution to their local vision, and priorities, for the area
• Developing appropriate governance/commissioning partnerships to lead and direct the housing strategy at local, sub-regional and regional levels
• Reviewing existing strategic partnerships and supporting improvements in relationships, for example, between local authorities and arm's-length management organisations or housing associations
• Drafting written forms of communication for a range of audiences, from easy-read summaries of housing strategies for wide publication to the public to commissioning plans that will direct activity (see communication).

We also have expertise and experience in enabling you to understand ‘what matters most’ locally, regionally and nationally:

• Translating national and regional policy, existing data and information into an understandable format that can be used as the basis for conversation and consultation with others
• Facilitating and engaging a range of stakeholders, from elected members and customers to regional and potential funding partners to supplement the 'hard' data with local intelligence
• Developing solutions to fill gaps in intelligence, including establishing mechanisms to engage and learn from customers and the community in the long term.
